− no meu caso (quarto numero 4) o colchão poderia ser mais confortável e ao ligar o ara condicionado havia uma vibração na parede, talvez pelo fato de ele ser fixado na mesma que é de madeira

− O atendimento deixou a desejar, pouca empatia e interêsse de proporcionar opções melhores disponíveis. Esta é a minha maior reclamação, parece que para os clientes do Booking são reservadas as piores acomodações. Quando solicitado upgrade, a informação é que não estão disponíveis. Estar com lareira muito pequeno, permitindo apenas para um casal ou grupo.
A recepção atenciosa e um ótimo café da manhã.
