1.0How clean it was. The bed. The bathroom.
− I was charged again for the room when I arrived at the hotel. Even though I stated I paid booking.com already. This changed and shorten my vacation as I was counting with that money to use on my trip. It was when I was leaving that Alejandra at the front desk was kind enough to double check. She noticed what I have said from the beginning. I had paid booking.con for the room. She initiated a refund but that doesn't happen right away. People from booking.con my trip got ruined. I am really disappointed.

10.0The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast spot were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was bigger than I expected and we really enjoyed our time at the pool. The location of this hotel is right off the freeway, but you wouldn't know it with how quiet the rooms are. It is located near plenty of restaurants, banks, and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay here.
− We booked for 4 adults and were told that we could only receive 2 breakfast coupons per day. I asked where this was written since I could not find the small print. It would have been nice to know this prior to our stay so we could have prepared to go out for breakfast.

It was fine for the price point
7.0It was a short drive to the beach and rooms were good size for the price.
− Our door didn’t work half time and we would have to wait to see if it would work everytime we left the room. There was no jacuzzi.
