− Room was miserable. I spent the night sitting in my wheelchair with my feet in another chair
Good choice if you’d like to take the metro into DC.

6.0It was an okay stay, but it was extremely difficult to get an invoice from them. I requested it multiple times through the Booking app, and they first ignored my messages, but kept sending me reminders to give them ratings and finally they replied, “We will send it to you soon,” but I still never received it. I had to call them from overseas, and they just shifted the responsibility to Booking. On the phone, I told them, “I can give you my email address, could you please send me the invoice directly?” I don’t understand why such a simple thing required so much back and forth. I’ve never experienced this kind of situation before.
