Front Desk was great and professional ;) The room had insects, roaches of different sizes that showed up during the night when the lights were off. I accidentally found them because I got up around 3 AM. This problem happens for the lack of continuous fumigation on the property. Also, the shower base had a disgusting orange look -- neglected cleaning area.

We'll never book a room there again !!

Disappointing and disgusting a place I would never book again. Not enjoyable at all.

The pool

− The bugs. Small bugs and roaches and spiders crawling all over the floor. The room smelled strongly of bug spray. The door when shut I could see outside all around the door. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. We asked for another room and we were moved to another room. In new room no smoke detector just a wire sticking out of wall, electric plug outlet was not fit on wall correctly and wires exposed, no glass turn plate in the microwave, and the phone had 112 as the room number the room number was 118. Large hole in bottom of outside AC cover. One small piece of soap was all that was in bathroom. The toilet paper holder was missing the roll holder. Half a roll of opened toilet paper was on top of separating wall. The outside ice machine was filthy. Dead bugs all outside on walk ways.

Disgusting.

We booked with a quality inn. Arrived a day early and tried to book an additional night. Booking.com took credit card the. Said there was a problem and money would be refunded in 24 hours. Hope it will! Tried to call motel. It had changed owners and changed phone numbers. Had to get another motel for the night. Our initial reservation thankfully was alright. But some peoples were not. Young man at desk, the only person there for our entire stay was very nice and helpful. Pool area nice, but towels not available most if the time and unused rooms had brown paper that was falling off taped over windows. Not very appealing lots of toys, shoes, wet swim trunks left at pool. They need more help or if it us family living there. They need to clean up. Room was clean, bed made once during our night stay. Coffee in room never replenished. Was a good price and just think owner turnovers had things disrupted. Things had already started to improve by the end of our stay.
