2.0Rooms lacked heat. Had to threaten to get my Money back before a space heater was offered. Bathroom towel racks very rusty. Didn’t dare touch the TV remote.

2.0The hotel lobby smelled, the room was rundown, and the room and bathroom did not seem like they had been cleaned. I will never stay there again.

2.0The room was dirty and smelled of rotten something. No hangers in the room and had to ask for them. Found bugs in the room and mice droppings in the bathtub. I was informed that breakfast was from 6-9am but when I when to the dinning area at 6:20 am because I needed to leave early the breakfast had not been put out yet. Window was not locked and did not discover this till later. Don't know how Windham allowed their name to be used in this property. Shame.
