Schönes Hotel in einer netten Umgebung!
8.0Das es schön eingerichtet war und ein Föhn vorhanden war. Es wurde zudem jeden Tag geputzt und wir haben zusätzlich Handtücher bekommen! Wir konnten auch am letzten Tag nach dem Check out unsere Koffer im Hotel lassen.
− Die Koffer wurden nur in einen gemeinschaftsraum gestellt, nicht so sicher! Tee und Milch wurde nicht nachgefüllt nach dem ersten Tag. Hatten ein Zimmer an der Straße war laut aber dennoch aushaltbar.

− The shower cubicle was a little small but wasn't a problem by any means, but might be troublesome for anyone taller or bigger than us.

10.0Location was great for getting on the tube at Baker Street and the train at Marylebone. Staff was pleasant. Room was comfortable and very clean. All around it was a pleasant stay.

− After checking out, I wanted to leave one bag (not large) for a few hours, but it needed to be somewhere secure. They told me to put it in the main area where guests come and go. I asked if they could keep it behind the counter or in an office; they refused, because of ‘health and safety’. I asked if there was any other room, not open to the public, where they could keep it; they said no. They assured me it would be safe, but when I asked for that in writing they said no, it would be totally at my own risk. Then they suggested I take it to Baker Street station and pay for a locker there. I’ve never encountered such an unhelpful attitude.
