1.0− The desk person was not polite nor was he helpful. Turned me away even though I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com
The room had a faint urine oder. It was only for 1 night so we didn’t complain. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

10.0The hotel and room was really nice and it smelled good too. The rooms are made for extended stays and they have a full kitchen inside the rooms. That was refreshing. And ithe hotel was really clean.
− They dont have much staff. The GM was up cleaning rooms as the head honchos were coming to see the hotel. She was literally working alone and i think the hotel was completely booked for the time i was there.. i could only imagine having to do all of that work with no help.
