− two of the staff at registration and again later in the evening were not very attentive. had to interrupt her time on her phone to ask a question. she then had trouble finding my name - AFTER i spelled it three times (worden). felt i was bothering her.

− El hotel es caro en relación a ls calidad hotelera. El desayuno es muy pobre y la atencion no es la mejor. El sector pileta podria mejorarse . Reposeras rotas y mal mantenido

2.0The rooms are good. Good space and most things needed to have a comfortable stay.
− The BIG issue this property has is for those rooms facing the next door building roof with the A/C equipment running all night long that DIDNT ALLOW ME TO SLEEP… Not sure how Hilton will solve it but if you stay here, ask for the rooms on the other side of the hotel and you will be ok, otherwise you will have a very hard time resting. Didnt take pictures but a simple google maps satellite image will show it to you. DO NOT EVER get a room facing this next door building.
