It was a great place to stay I would use this property again

Fine but front desk staff need to up their game.

− Staff need to do better! At check-in I was told the pool opened at 7am. We came down for a swim at 7:30 and were told actually it opens at 8 or maybe 9. “You can try it.” Checked the pool and there were two signs with posted hours: one 9am-10pm, the other 10am-9pm! (It did in fact open at 9am.) The main elevator also wasn’t working in the morning: but they only posted a sign saying so at the lobby doors, so guests on floors 2-5 had no way of knowing this! Also didn’t bother noting that there was another elevator in the back! Breakfast was also pretty underwhelming, without sufficient seating.
