10.0It’s always a great stay at Hilton. Even though we kinda have a problem with our bathroom in the middle of the night, we woke up the bathroom was flooded with water and immediately notified the front desk and thankful he brought us new towels. Adam the advisor helped me with the details about being a Gold member. So appreciate him. Highly recommend him with any information you need to know.

2.0− I have stayed at other Embassy before and this place is NOT one I will come back to. Carpets are nasty glad I brought my sandals, no fitted sheets on bed, slept through the 2 night with a tub leak (water running). I reported at my arrival the maintenance said they will take care of it next day, I let them know I will be out all day and they could enter to do maintenance also asked for fresh towels and a bathroom clean only.. Got back 8pm NOTHING got done. Spoke to JoHn the night manager but obviously he did know anything, had someone by the name is Angel text me asking what was a good time to talk about the problem, waited for his call and never heard back. At the end of the day everyone has excuses as to why nothing gets done. Seems like there's no communication amongst anyone here. John the night shift manager offered to refund us 1 night. Damage is done not coming back.
