10.0Spectacular location! You couldn’t ask for a more picturesque setting ON the lake. Breakfast was good - did the job. The highlight of the trip was our various interactions with their amazing “chief happiness manager” Mattia Pizzagalli. Gem of a human who embodies hospitality. The property needs some updating. But what it lacks in facility, it makes up in oodles with their incredible team. From the lounge bar to the servers at breakfast - they make it special.
