10.0Great location! Very convenient to the Bell Centre. Super clean and spacious rooms. Very comfy beds. Underground parking is easier than we expected. Denba, in the dining room has excellent customer service skills. He made breakfast time even better by his being very attentive and professional. The tiny fridge in the room was a disappointment. It was so stocked up with beverages for sale that its very difficult to squeeze in your own foods and beverages! Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.

8.0Everything about this hotel was great but unfortunately in our room (523), the TV stopped working after turning it on for a few minutes at a time (we stopped trying after a few times) and halfway through our stay, our room wasn’t able to “cool down” below 23 Celcius. As long as this was an isolated incident, I certainly would recommend this hotel.

10.0Lovely 1-night stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, parking was easy. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. We were traveling with bikes on the car, especially appreciated the help from Lajah with storing our bikes & her patient responses to our endless questions & concerns. Look forward to returning.
