10.0Real 5 star hotel with all the little luxuries you expect from such a hotel. The staff make it really special, very professional and real people who genuinely love doing their jobs. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced - huge selection from cuisines around the world. Can eat very healthy and still be very satisfied. We got the executive lounge access too. Well worth the money. The canopies were a nice example of creative genius.
− It took us the week to work out how to operate the fancy lighting system in the rooms. The design is a little too fancy in my option but didn’t take more than a few seconds of clicking each switch until you got the desired configuration. There was no milk / powder to enjoy a tea in the room. I’m sure a quick call to room service would have provided some free of charge but given all the special touches I was surprised this was not included in the tea / coffee selection. Spa was luxurious with amazing showers however massage was mediocre I’m sorry to say. Paying 2 to 3 times what you’d pay down the street I would expected a lot more. None of the above would stop me booking this hotel again. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ho Chi Mingh after experiencing this place. I spent quite a time trying to find the right hotel. If you’re doing the same I can assure you you’ll be happy with this one.
