8.0Breakfast was pretty standard although it had Japanese options. The bidet toilets were very nice, and the staff was nice and efficient. Location was good. The fine dining restaurant was outstanding.
− Generally a standard hotel room. No outstanding touches of hospitality or luxury given the room price.

− Повышенная влажность в номере, постельное белье в результате влажное Не работал переключатель с ручного душа на верхний душ Навязчивый персонал, производящий уборку - в первой день несколько раз стучали в комнату, несмотря на просьбы не тревожить. Во второй день (день отъезда check out), пошла на завтрак тут же горничная вошла комнату - непонятно зачем, с ее слов, проверить, не уехала ли я 🤪(увидела, так как вернулась в номер за телефоном)

10.0Everything! Staff, location room, breakfast. Very personalized and caring service from beginning to end. The photo below was my view. Could also see Empire State Building. Totally quiet.
