6.0The staff, especially the ladies who prepared the morning breakfast, were absolutely wonderful!! The only issue we had was that the "summer staff", as we were told are VISA workers rom Jamaica, stay in the basement floor rooms, and unfortunately for 2 days, we had to put up with strong smells from their cooking, loud music and conversation.

6.0Good check in. Check out was mediocre at best. No asking about stay or if a receipt was needed. Room was clean except for some stains on the carpet. Comfortable bed and pillows. General conveniences like in room refrigerator and coffee and surprised to find in room safe. No extra tissues or toliet paper. Shower clean but drain needed routing. out as I was standing in 3 inches of water. Overall decent experience.

8.0Hotel was good and very clean. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was typical. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. No smart TV just basic scrolling.
