A very new and clean hotel with a friendly staff.

8.0It was clean and bright. The doors need to be worked on, they really stuck, and you needed to fight to open or slam them shut. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay!☺️

Not The Best Sparks In the Chain
6.0Good Value, Clean, Friendly Staff
− The place was recently converted to a Spark brand. We have stayed at Sparks hotels many times- always clean, quiet and modern. The room we had reeked of This was a quicky facelift not a total remodel. I have been in the residential construction trade for 40+ years. I know quality when I see it. They did not replace the room entry doors - just painted- many dented. The room reeked of Latex paint Some rooms had no mini fridge- ours included. The bathroom, while fresh and modern, suffered from lack of finish details. Soaps and shampoo dispenser, which were designed to be hung on the wall, were placed on the floor pan of the shower making use a real hassle. No shelf in the shower to place your soap and or personal products The bathroom was TINY! Literally the space on either side of the toilet was less than 14” with the door installed as an outswing because so close to it, it so be able to swing in. The only light in the bathroom was one fixture over the mirror on a common switch with the fan. Too bright! We asked for a quiet room…..we had booked months prior to our stay. We were giving a room at the front of the hotel right over the breakfast area. The motel is located right off of busy RTE 1. The sound of traffic, motor cycles, construction vehicles, tractor trailers was awful- The staff working the breakfast prep below started around 4:30am on a Sunday morning and again around 5 am on Monday- apparently part of their job description involves slamming doors and other kitchen supplies which made sure we didn’t sleep in. For comparison we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tewksbury Ma for 1 evening before we stayed here- it was awesome! Clean and QUIET! Not sure we would return here again…they should have torn this place down and built a new one set a bit further back. And totally complete the build before opening.
