Location is unbeatable
7.0Location for the event we were attending at the Big E is unbeatable. Rooms are fine. Nothing fancy, but completely adequate.
− The hallways and stairways could use a good cleaning / update. Sometimes it's the 1st impressions that are important.
Clean room, exceptionally kind and caring staff. The service was 10/10. I would stay here again based solely on how

The room itself was really nice…it’s just needed a better cleaning.

− There was no elevator. The carpet on the stairs was filthy. The floors and molding in the bathroom needed cleaning and there were handprints on the headboards.
The lady was nice and the restaurant across the street was too notch
