5.0− Couldn't use pool... furniture was ripped
Never prepay with this hotel
2.0− The hotel double charged me because the front desk receptionist didn't realize my room was prepaid. Then they did not refund my money and kept giving me the run around about refunding me which never happened. I had to file a claim with my bank. The managers name was Lauren never returned my calls after I spoke with her for the 2nd time. Then no communication at all.
Enjoyable except for the double charge.

− I was doubled charged for my room. I booked through booking.com I went to the front desk and let them know, they said it would drop off but to date it hasn’t. I called booking.com and sent in the receipt but I am still double charged. Can someone look into this for me?
