− Did not get to stay. I put a request in to change the dates in the time period to be able too change it with no penalty. They ignored the request until the day I had to check in. I called them when I seen the message and still did not do anything to accommodate me . Instead they just stole 262 dollars from me and I suspect they booked the rooms to other people.. I will not be going or booking anymore rooms from holiday express again.
