4.0Lobby of the condo had a terrible smell. Bathroom also smelled musty. Condo was fine except didn’t have enough blankets and sheets for every bed. Took almost 3 hours to get a person on the phone and at that time no concierge was available to deliver any blankets or sheets.

2.0We booked a 2 queen unit. They changed it to a queen and 2 twins. When I called they said the room wasn’t changed and I was lying about booking 2 queens. They then sent me an email confirming I booked 2 queens but there was an issue with that room. They were working on a resolution and would follow up. They didn’t follow up. There was mold in the living room and bathroom and the beds were hard as rocks.
