Reservation cancelled by hotel
4.0We made a reservation in June for a November stay and our reservation was cancelled by the hotel a month later with no explanation. When I called to find out what happened I was told the hotel had been sold and they were cancelling all reservations. It would have been helpful to put this on their website or at least provide some information as to why they abruptly cancelled our reservation in an email.
