Extreme noise from construction + not very clean, but good location
4.0Location is really central. The concept of the size of the room is excellent. Very comfortable bed! No noise from other rooms.
− There were extreme (I am mean extreme!) noise from construction site, starting at 7am. We had an executive room which assumes working and resting, neither of which was possible. We complained twice - they did not even bother to write down the room number and support this issue, they said: come later. When we checked-out, we mention it again, and the response was "we cannot do it anything about it" - they did not offer any compensation. The room was not really clean or well maintained. A lot of potential but a really disappointing experience - in fact, the rating we give is actually generous!
Lovely people, a wonderful room, and great fitness center.
8.0The staff were friendly and gave assistance whenever needed, the suite was clean and spacious, and the fitness center was equipped well for traveling workouts.
− The parking lot's ceiling seemed low, but such is the case sometimes in city parking lots (it ended up being just fine). More security on the outside grounds would have made it more comfortable.
