The hotel is well located and staff are polite and helpful. Elevators are efficient and fast.
7.0Long strands of hair at toilet bowl seat and shower wall ( upon entering room after checking in )
− Pillowa are too soft. Requested for 2 extra pillows during booking and this was not done. Unable to control reading lamp as switch was defective.

− Выбрали гостиницу из-за бассейна на крыше, а он был закрыт все 5 дней, что мы там проживали из-за угрозы грозы. Первые 3 дня может быть так и было, но последние 2 дня стояла хорошая погода, а бассейн так и не открыли...
Excellent Location for getting around Hong Kong, with very friendly helpful staff.
9.0The location is excellent as were the cleanliness and the staff. Check in and check out very smooth. The room was very clean and cleaned daily.
− We had a twin bed room and unfortunately one of the beds had a vey soft mattress and didn’t allow a good nights sleep. The second bed was slightly better.
