9.0The facilities. Clean. Super heated indoor pool and sauna in changing rooms are awesome. Love the full renovation of this hotel. Bar staff are friendly and provided a great atmosphere.
− The restaurant wait staff were unfamiliar with the market fish on the menu. Didnt get what I was told. Also chatted away whilst I was trying to eat said fish meal. Like...go away dude!. Early morning concierge desk lady very surly and unhelpful too. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for the $50 holding fee which was promised to be credited on checkout.
