− The room was not as advertised. I booked a Marina Bay View in a Club Room. The view was not as per the photo. You had to stand up to look out the window.
An Excellent Hotel Experience from Start to Finish
9.0Our stay at Pan Pacific Singapore was truly wonderful, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to many of Singapore's major attractions. The service provided by the hotel staff was consistently proactive, attentive, and highly professional. We especially enjoyed the lounge experience and were particularly impressed by the warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of the lounge staff. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be delighted to return to Pan Pacific Singapore on our next visit to Singapore.
