− Room was musty/, probably from old carpeting. The tub was not draining properly-filling with shower water when showering.

Adequate at best under the circumstances , staff did their best
2.0Clean and Staff tried there best dealing with a mini crisis of no internet .
− I Had to wait in the lobby to 3 hours to be checked in as internet was down . I suggested at the start they follow a manual process but they did not introduce early enough , eventually they did . No WiFi for the stay and could not leave the room as no key available .
