10.0By far the best hotel we ever visited. Staff was very helpful all around and have gone an extra mile to celebrate our 30y anniversary The room (suite) was out of world on 31st floor - corner. Every detail was perfect and the suite was decorated with so much taste. The restaurant (with 2 Michelin star) is special experience and is - must visit!

9.0Everything about the stay at the hotel was excellent and we where happy with the outstanding service. We did also dine at Enoteka restaurant which was excellent. A memorable celebration for our porcelain wedding anniversary. We send the staff our best wishes for making our celebration more special by extending the services over what we expected, thank you.
− We got into a problem with the security deposit as the hotel made a mistake and took far to much out of our credit card and it took over 6 days to correct. This did put a shadow on our otherwise great stay. The financial system of the hotel needs to shape up on these issues.

8.0The staff make this hotel they are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them. The bedrooms are a lovely size and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is wonderful, with a large selection to healthy foods, hot and cold.
− For the size of the hotel the swimming pool, gym and spa area is small, there is also a lack of toilets for these areas which might have something to do with the ongoing building work.

From March 2025 onwards, our Spa will be temporarily closed for renovation works and relocated on the 3rd and 4th floors, where we will continue to offer our full treatment menu for you to enjoy an enhanced wellness experience
Renovation work is taking place from October 2025. The spa is under renovation, however wellness treatment are available. Please note that the "Pool 2" and "Restaurant Lokal and Bar" are unavailable between 01/11/2025 and 30/10/2026 due to renovation. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Nov 1, 2026 until Mon, Mar 15, 2027
