10.0+ huge king bed, nice airconditioning + glass bottled water and refillable water for guests + nice room and compound + spacious semi outdoor toilet + friendly staff + basic coworking space + quieter area of kuta lombok - some construction going but harmless - lighting in the room is too dimmed - some occasional squeaky noise from the roof but harmless - mosquitoes but there's mosquito net and spray provided Overall a very satisfied stay, value for money, quiet area, amazing experience!

6.0All staff were amazing. Pictures on hotel.com are not correct. No sun beds available. Safe didn’t work, no key available to open it.
