1.0− The stay was absolutely terrible! It is very dirty, unsafe and the staff were rude, all around awful experience! I booked a two bed room for my family of 5 and they gave us a one king bed room. He claimed I did not book two beds but I have the confirmation that I did in fact book that.

− The beds were hard. The staff assured me there were no feather pillows in the room, but all the pillows were feather when I entered the room.

− I rented a handicapped room. There was no outlet near the bed to plug in my cpap. I asked for an extension cord and the front desk attendant gave a 18” power strip. What a joke. His attitude was like I was being unreasonable
Met needs for one of us but not both.
