Elevator problem.....
6.0We are senior citizens and faced hardship, as elevator was not functioning properly for couple of hours. Due to this we cut short our stay from 2 to 1 night. Other points were OK.

6.0The Room was getting cleaned while we checkedin, housekeeping staff left hurry they didn't mop the floor and room was smelling while entering. Request hotel keep room cleaned complete prior to check-in.
