Horrible experiance

Very disappointing experience. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and unfortunately, the entire stay was filled with unnecessary inconvenience. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the room we had specifically booked was not available. We were never contacted ahead of time to inform us of this change. Since we checked in late, there were very limited options available, and our family was forced to stay in separate rooms. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there was no manager on duty. We were told the manager only works Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, but there was only so much she could do without management approval. We were told that our stay would be discounted because of the inconvenience. However, when we checked out, we found that only 1 night out of our 7-night stay had been discounted. Considering everything we went through, this was not a fair resolution. The inconvenience continued throughout our stay. The next day, we had to move one room, and the following day, we had to move the other room. While we were out enjoying our time, we received calls asking us to return and move our belongings by 2:00 p.m. Having to pack, return to the hotel, and change rooms multiple times was extremely disruptive and took away from our family’s trip. The front desk staff deserves recognition for being kind and trying their best, but the lack of management availability during evenings and weekends is a major issue. Guests should have access to someone who can make decisions when problems arise. We expected the room we reserved and a smooth stay. Instead, we experienced poor communication, multiple room changes, unnecessary stress, and inadequate compensation afterward. We believe a fair resolution would have been a refund for at least 3 nights of our stay. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, we will not be returning. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle reservation issues in the future.

Great place to stay for business meetings, close to the office, restaurant and shopping. The front staff were welcoming and friendly.

− My first room smelled of smoker but the staff quickly changed my room.

Our stay was great! Rooms are comfortable and clean. The coffee is delicious and breakfast was hot. The appearance of the grounds are very well groomed. Special thanks to Dominicke for helping us with our reservation and Mr. Ricardo for ensuring our needs were met.

− Ice maker in one room didn't work.

Convenient location to the airport and comfortable

The beds were comfortable, the suites were large and the kitchens were well stocked. Also the laundry in reception was easy to use.

− There wasn’t allot of parking available and the rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been.
