10.0Elaine is really good: the room was clean and tidy. The location was convenient and the staff were professional.
Disappointing reality—not like the pictures.
6.0The rooms look great in the online photos, but the reality is very different. The cleanliness is average at best, and I actually got insect bites all over my legs. The room and the toilet both desperately need a total upgrade. Additionally, there are no TV channels to choose from. The only bright spot was the staff. Ivy and Becky were incredibly helpful and accommodating, taking immediate action to change our room for us. The shuttle bus only goes to downtown, not to the airport. The hotel really needs to upgrade its facilities and transport services. Overall, the first day turned out okay, and I hope the rest of our stay goes well before we check out on July 16, hoping breakfast i booked will be better.
Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Housekeeping
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. Our room was cleaned every day and was always spotless when we returned. A special thank you to Fanny and Xiuzhu for doing such an amazing job. We would leave for the day and come back to fresh clean sheets, new towels, and our coffee supplies fully refilled. Everything was perfectly maintained, and nothing was ever missing. Their attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!
