− My room was missing the shampoo and everything, also my shower handle was broken. Also, they need more of a selection for breakfast.

− Check in was supposed to be 3, room wasn’t ready till gone 5! Dirty hotel. Was supposed to have kitchen appliances but nothing was there. Bad breakfast options

− the walls and ceiling were very flimsy and I could hear people talking walking upstairs and people were loudly coming in and out late at night,. The carpet on the floor in the hall outside my room was wet needing loud fans running. people in the adjacent room were playing really loud music I had to call the desk to have them stop it

− A plastic bag was over the smoke detector, how could the staff miss this when cleaning the room. 3 out of 4 lights in The bathroom not working. AC did not work.
