Great Hotel, rooms are big and clean. Friendly staff. Hardly notice the airplanes. We stay here every year for a few nights. Love the warm cookies in the afternoon, and the scones in the morning

− Tesis cok büyük ama 2 asansör var. Bircok defa asansörde otel personeli ile karsılastık. Bazan kocaman bir temizlik arabası açtı bize kapıyı. Otelde aynı zamanda seminer ve etkinlik düzenleniyor. Havuz ve spa bölümündeki şezlongları topluyorlar. Yerine yemek ve kokteyl masası koyuyorlar. Son gün 1 tane bile şezlong yoktu havuz çevresinde. Garip bir otel. Ne olacaklarına karar vermeleri gerekir. Otel mi kongre salonu mu?

Conveniently located, and very nice amenities.

− Moises is not a friendly or hospitable person. I am in hospitality myself and found his lack of willingness to help very troublesome. I reserved a 2 night stay, my plans ended up changing and I needed to add a night to my reservation, he very rudely said “no we can’t do that, we nothing available” then after I pressed and said “well what if I don’t check out on the third day and just stay?” To which he replied “well you can’t do that we have other reservations and nothing available!”…I said “ok I’ll call you after I’m settled, just check me in”. After checking in I go on Trivago and book a third night not 30 minutes later, on the third day I come down and tell the woman at the front desk that I have a reservation for that night, would it be possible to just merge it with my existing room. To which she replied “of course, we can do that easily”. Bottom line is Moises just didn’t want to do anything and refused to actually be of help. He needs at the very least to be retrained in the art of hospitality and the very worst let go.
