7.0A localização é boa, a hospedagem está próxima das ruas principais e tem um ótimo custo benefício. Apesar dos problemas que tivemos, Carlos foi sempre muito atencioso e tentou tudo que estava a seu alcance para resolvê-los.
− O check in foi ruim, demoraram muito para encontrar a reserva mesmo eu passando o e-mail de confirmação. Imagine chegar numa vila mais isolada em alta temporada com sua família depois de longas horas de estrada, com o transfer esperando (que inclusive foi muito gentil e aguardou o desfecho), sem saber o que estava acontecendo com sua reserva. Foram mais de 30 minutos aguardando, sem saber se aproveitávamos a oferta do transfer de tentar procurar outra hospedagem ou insistíamos na que reservamos. Não recebi qualquer orientação antecipadamente, só falei com contato certo por haver outras pessoas hospedadas que informaram o número correto. Na frente da acomodação havia uma placa com um número de contato, mas era o mesmo que já tínhamos tentato contato sem sucesso desde o dia anterior. Existem vários contatos, um para reserva, outro para check in, mas nada muito claro no e-mail que recebemos. O ventilador da sala não estava funcionando e infelizmente não conseguiram resolver até nossa saída. Acho que a acomodação poderia dispor de um suporte para água mineral, é o ideal para quem fica muitos dias numa acomodação tipo apartamento com cozinha.
