9.0シャワーの故障があったが、 対応が早かった点。
− 良くなかった点というか 上記、シャワーの故障は、 清掃時に、確認されていれば 事前に防げたトラブルだと思います。

− Fitness centre is a little poor condition and oprning time is a bit late in the morning.
駅からの距離を考えると、ちょっと高めかと思います。
10.0ビジネスホテルとは違うラグジュアリー感と、スタッフの接客が丁寧で良かった。
− チェックインの時、フロントの横でスタッフが「掃除してないってことですか？そんなはずないんですけど」という内容の会話を電話で大声でしていて、宿泊客に対する物言いとしてはとても厳しい口調だと思いました。これからチェックインする客に聞こえるところでそんなに大声で話さなくていいのにと思いました。

− 清潔細膩度很差、吹風機卡滿灰塵、房間廁所有異味、廁所抽風機不會運作、空調老舊。
