Local muito agradável, quarto muito limpo e cama super confortável. Equipe muito educada e prestativa. Café da manhã excelente!! Espaço do salão de jogos e academia, com uma vista perfeita, assim como o deck da piscina. Lugar perfeito para relaxar e descansar.

Phenomenal Views and amazing food!

We loved our stay at Momento. The views were phenomenal and it was so quiet and peaceful. A highlight was definately the food, they have an excellent chef and we enjoyed an amazing breakfast and dinner there - I particularly enjoyed the freshly made tapioca and my daughters loved the brownies. We also used the glass box sauna which was a wonderful experience. They also have an upstairs area with table tennis, table football and a workout area, not to mention more amazing views. The reception and breakfast staff where lovely and made us all feel very welcome and comfortable.

The setting of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The view is great and the sunset is lovely. The rooms are modern and the breakfast is lovely. It’s extremely peaceful in the afternoon.

− The hotel isn’t exactly high end however. We had a quadruple room which was too small for four adults and while the main bed was great, there was mould underneath the upstairs mattress and we had to send some of the blankets back for a wash because they were smelly. The hot water was not great, it was hard to get our towels changed, extra blankets when we were cold and we had to be on top of staff for the room to be cleaned. The pool water did not look very clean either. If you’re looking to use this hotel as a base from which to explore anything other than beaches, there is not a lot of information or tours available for things such as walking, boat tours, gliding or any other eco activity. We asked the staff but they were unable to help, and left us to sort this out on our own which was difficult as the city is not well set up for it either - we had hoped that staff would have had some local knowledge and contacts. Other than the main receptionist, staff were neither friendly nor attentive. They regularly got our order wrong and appeared bothered by guest requests. It’s very easy to get to with a car but bear in mind that if you don’t have one you’ll need one every time you want to leave the hotel. This could be a great place but we felt it needed a little work - especially for the price bracket.

Moc milý personál, krásné, vkusné a čisté pokoje, výborná snídaně, pára, 2 bazény, lehátka. Krásný celý areál. Káva, čaj a ovoce během celého dne. Moc doporučujeme ❤️
