10.0Absolutely loved the accommodation, we were attending an event just over the road so it was perfect location wise and such a gorgeous place to stay. Really clean and well designed, had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

10.0We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our sincere thanks to Marianne for her warm welcome and all the exchanges we had before our arrival. She was attentive to every detail and made sure all our requests were fulfilled, including preparing a vegan dinner for us on Monday evening, despite the restaurant normally being closed that night. We are truly grateful for her kindness and dedication. A special thank you as well for the warm welcome given to our two dogs, as this is extremely important to us. When we arrived in our room, they had their own bowls, a towel for their paws, and some treats waiting for them. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it really touched us, because our dogs are part of our family. The hotel is beautiful, located in a peaceful and secluded corner of the Kent countryside. The property is very well maintained and the surroundings are lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of space for our belongings as well as a table and chairs where we could enjoy our meal. We also appreciated the large green spaces around the hotel, which were perfect for walking the dogs before bedtime and first thing in the morning. In short, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a vegan-friendly and dog-friendly stay. Thank you again for everything!

9.0Location was amazing, beautiful room and food in the restaurant was delicious.
− Hamper for breakfast was a lovely touch, unfortunately the food served was not up to the restaurant standard. We could not say it was good value for the money. Could be greatly improved for not too much effort. Lovely idea having the hamper delivered and using the amazing facilities in the room,

− Upper room heating was too hot and much hotter than the downstairs part but not separately controlable
