8.0Good location close tobthe centre. Quiet room, clean bathroom, bedding and towels. Kettle and hairdryer in the room. Basic breakfast included.
− Carpet didn't look clean, holes in curtains. No air condition in the room. Car park not for free for guests (£12/night)

− It was very shabby and tired. Full of screaming children. Road noise and people talking whilst eating outside
Holiday Inn Express Chester Racecourse access via road will be restricted during 22nd April-10th May, the car park is only accessible via Sealand Road, CH1 4NT, Tesco should be on your right-hand side, continue down, and we are located on the right-hand side just after bridge. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
