9.0− 部屋にアリが湧いており、スタッフに来てもらったが、高齢男性と海外の方の2名が来られた。部屋に着いたなり急に上がってきて殺虫剤を撒き散らし始めた。窓も開けずに撒き散らしたため咳き込んでしまった。その後、部屋移動を提案されたが、海外のスタッフはずーっと殺虫剤を撒き、何の説明や謝罪もなく撤退していった。 せっかくいい部屋を取ったのにこの2名のスタッフの対応には心底がっかりした。
全くオススメしない。海外のリゾートホテルと比べて圧倒的に劣る

− 高い値段に全く見合わなかった印象。部屋の掃除も行き届いていない。オーシャンビューの部屋に泊まっていたが、窓が汚く3泊したが一度も部屋から綺麗に海が見れなかった。 屋外のプールにはゴキブリやいろんなゴミが浮いてるが全く掃除もしていない。歩く場所も土が残っており、全体的に汚い。スライダーはあったが監視員もいなく、出口付近にとどまっていた外国人に子供がぶつかるなどが実際に起こった。監視員は監視員同士で雑談しており、全く監視が行き届いていなかった。
I recommend this resort for a big family even tough it can be a little bit pricey

7.0房間很新很乾淨，空間很大，我們住上下舖的家庭房。有自助洗衣機、烘衣機、衣服擰乾機。
− 有些員工聽不懂英文，尤其是海灘的員工，很兇的叫我們不要靠近海灘，還以為我們不願意付費。飯店的海灘沙子滿尖銳的。花園烤肉很常沒開放。
