8.0Room very small for 3:adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very central to places we wanted to see. 2 minute walk to Namba Parks and Nankai Namba Station and Medosuji line.

10.0The room and amenities were great. This was the only hotel on our trip to Japan where they held true to the 3pm check in time. It said we were supposed to get a free drink and gift but nothing was ever offered to us. The room was great. Close to the train station and comfy bed. Would recommend.
