10.0Bath tub had not been cleaned. Dirty finger prints on wall and used product still in the tub.

8.0Our stay was just ok.... maintenance was lacking and highway noise was an issue for us. Proximity to the highway (I-71) is a plus, as well. This is a convenient location.

2.0This was the second to worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The hotel was not clean with dust piles in the hall was along with dirt and debris as if the the hallways weren’t vacuumed or walls washed in weeks. The room seemed damp and you could see the piles of dust, hair and particulars on the floor. When I looked at the bed you could see that it may not have been kept nor cleaned (walls headboard wiped down). There were piles of hair, dead bugs in webs and used confers underneath the headboard. Disgusting! I walked out and demanded my money back!
