− Nei giorni freddi mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un po' di tepore nella stanza, ma forse non è loro costume riscaldare le stanze.

9.0− No funcionaba el telefono de la habitación, y al estar en un tercer piso lejos de recepción. No era cómodo marcar para realizar un par de preguntas que tuvimos. Por lo demás, muy bien.
