− Nos cobraron deposito de 2.000HKD y no nos lo devolvieron porque según ellos, te lo hacen en 7 días desde que te vas, lujego no contestan a los mails

− Las habitasciones eran muy viejas y pequeñas Lo que menos me gustó, es que nos cobraron un depósito de 2.000 HKD, lo que equivale a unos 235€ y al hacer el check out nos dijeron que tardaban una semana en devolverlo, después de 15 días no solo no lo devolvieron si no que no contestan a los mails, por lo que tuvimos que hacer una reclamación via booking.
