Other than the breakfast, it was a good stay.

− Room was dirty. Under bed was a seashell, a lollipop, and a condom wrapper. We actually asked for the vacuum from house keeping on day 1 to reclean our room

Ok for the price but not my favorite
8.0Rooms were ok, aged, not spotless but acceptable. The toilet kept running but not leaking, the shower water pressure was terrible but in line with older hotels . There was a motorcycle parked directly outside our window in the grass, found that unsettling, right outside our window blocking our view if we wanted to use our little sitting area. I did not feel comfortable complaining or that it was worth it. It was a nice bike, they were probably trying to keep it safe but it was very inconsiderate to block another guests view when that is part of the NH experience to sit outside and enjoy the mountain air. People park their cars up along the driveway and motorcycles on the lawn in front of the rooms, making it unsightly and difficult to drive up to check in, we were told to park in the parking lot which we did but many parked along the driveway. At the pool around noon we were approached by a very intoxicated guest, thankful my family are older but there were children present. This adult was using very foul language and was very drunk. That was out of control of the hotel but did make us uncomfortable enough to leave the pool. View is beautiful, the check in was easy. Mini golf is quite broken down and not cared for. I would not stay again, but for the price it is reasonable. Breakfast was average free hotel food, only issue was my cup of coffee had a solid covering of grounds in the bottom of the cup, probably an accident when pouring into the dispenser.
