10.0Great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the young man who works the kitchen for breakfast. He went over and above expectations during our stay. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily. My only less than positive feedback is that some of the hardware fixtures in the rooms could stand an update (i.e. faucets, toilet paper holder, etc). The bed was more comfortable than most hotels, and we really enjoyed the two-bedroom suite for a family experience.

10.0Every staff member we interacted with was super pleasant and helpful. They always went out of their way to say hi, which might be a southern thing, but it was such a welcome change from home! The front desk clerk that checked us in was confident, knowledgeable, and gave clear directions and information on the property without us having to ask. The location of this hotel was perfect for us & close to the venues we were attending.
