Business and Vacation— Great Resort
10.0A recent stay at the Lowe’s Coronado proved to be outstanding. From our early check in to excellent accommodations, this was a beautiful resort. I was attending a conference at this resort, and my wife joined. We were quite pleased with the room— which featured a very comfortable long bed, a comfortable chair, and lots and lots of storage for our clothes (less than closet which was surprisingly tiny). The bathroom was large and had nice accompaniments. We had one of the few rooms that did not have a balcony, but we were given an early check-in… so… all good. We ate at the on-site restaurant for breakfast— the pancakes and French toast are standouts. We also had gelato from the bakery. Yum! The pool was terrific and had attentive service. The meeting facilities were nice and comfortable (and cool). This is a great place for a vacation or for business. And… while the hotel is about 5 miles from the main strip on Coronado Island, the hotel offers a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes or so. Good stuff. Recommended!

− NO FAN IN THE BATHROOMS?!! Incomplete info regarding how to get to the beach via walking; coffee shop specialty drinks very slow to make, people working at it not too friendly + not very many choices to sub out on breads, etc; key cards stopped working multiple times; not enough choices for room service foods

10.0Super dog friendly, they have a puppy package. We got an amazing view and the staff was super helpful and friendly
− It is kinda away from everything so you do have to drive a couple miles to get to the main area and parking is a little crazy.
