La gentillesse de tout le personnel de la réception dont l'accueil est des plus chaleureux sans oublier Sofiane qui au petit déjeuner, dévoué à nos bons soins et généreux de petites attentions transforme votre journée possiblement quelconque en une belle journée.

− Les tapis qui rebiquent dans la salle à manger au péril de s'y prendre les pieds. Un ascenseur petit et fatigué pour gagner les étages et les espaces de rangements trop peu nombreux dans la chambre.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The location was also perfect, close to the metro station and a shopping centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

− The only minor downside was that the traffic noise at night was a little disturbing while sleeping, but it wasn’t too bad overall.

Great boutique hotel with friendly staff

The staff at the hotel, including the one at the breakfast buffet was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and if were to travel again I would def. stay here. The breakfast is also wonderful, they had variety of options and well worth the $$. Room had a distinct pleasant smell that will always stay with me when I think of Paris :-)

− As some other reviews stated, this is a boutique hotel. If you are travelling with a family or with many suitcases you might not have enough room to move around in the regular rooms. Also you could hear the metro if you are staying on the lower levels. Sometimes the elevators did not work.

All hotels are relatively expensive in Paris and the rooms are small. On the website our room would be about 15 m2. So I expected a very small room… But we were delighted with the room, it didn’t feel small at all!!! The bed was a king size and good, you could still move around the bed, even a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was everything one needs. The room was modern, fresh and clean. Breakfast was good, fresh bread etc. Breakfast room was cosy and colorful. The location was perfect, subway around the corner/walking distance. We walked to Gare du Nord, 25 minutes.

− Relatively expensive. But no more than other hotels.
