Short but pleasant.
10.0The staff was very helpful. They helped us navigate to several locations we wanted to visit. It was a short stay but we were made comfortable.

7.0The staff was very helpful. The facilities were dated but were kept very clean.
− The outside needed maintenance, the parking lot drainage grate had collapsed into the concrete. There was a lip to the entry ramp making the luggage cart hard to roll in. The air conditioner was dated (not digital) and loud. The toilet did not flush well and didn't have a soft closing lid. The desk chair did not roll well on the carpet. Extra outlets would be helpful by the desk area.
