Amazing hotel
10.0A definite must to stay here, from the front desk to the bell hops to the bartenders/servers. Top Knotch customer service. Hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of it all. View of the duomo right from your window. Will definitely stay here again. Madelin- niccolo absolutely wonderful employees that go over and beyond.
Best hotel in Europe I have ever been to.
10.0This has probably been the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was amazing, the staff was super kind and helpful, they even tidied up the room while we were having dinner in the restaurant below the hotel. We had an amazing stay at this hotel and after some shopping and museums we also dined at the hotel which is worthy of a mention in the Michelin Guide. Thank you very much and we will be definitely coming back in the future.
Unbeatable location

10.0This hotel is near everything you want to see and do in Florence and it includes an architectural feature, the Torre della Pagliazza, the oldest surviving tower in the historic center of Florence where you can visit an ancient Roman bath that has been preserved for your viewing if you ask. Given that the hotel is in the oldest part of the city you have to expect smaller rooms, but the ambiance and convenience to everything more than makes up for this. The breakfast included in our package was absolutely wonderful, and gave us a great start to our day of touring this beautiful city.

− There is a nuance with the AC. Pay close attention to the instructions given at check in. Unfortunately, I was very tired at check in and missed it and woke up sweating because the AC was off. Technically, my fault though.

In order to reach the hotel by car, guests must communicate their registration plate number to reception.
You can drive up to the hotel to offload your luggage. There is a local parking garage nearby with valet service.
